If the customer is unable to be present at our office to do a physical exchange, the customer will then need to bear the delivery charges for the exchange goods to be delivered to Pansing Marketing Sdn Bhd. Pansing Marketing Sdn Bhd will then bear the cost of delivery for the replacement of the exchange goods to the customer. This only applies to addresses within Malaysia.
