- Will I be getting my subscribed magazines immediately?
The actual delivery date of the first subscribed issue will depend on how frequent the magazine is published and when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher. Fulfilment and delivery are subjected to 4-6 weeks upon payment. - Do you sell Topps Trading Card in single retail units?
Unfortunately, no. We only sell the trading cards in its outer box display case that consists of 50 packets of trading cards (depending on the collection).
- Can I buy the complete assembled unit of Robi here?
We regret to inform you that Robi is not sold as a complete robot, but as a volume of magazine issues available in parts.
- Can I buy the complete assembled STAR WARS Millennium Falcon spaceship here?
We regret to inform you that STAR WARS Millennium Falcon spaceship is not sold as a complete set, but as a volume of magazine issues available in parts.
- What happens if my subscription expires?
For existing customers, please send in your renewal of subscription to email: MagEnquiry@my.pansing.com. We will also send you a renewal reminder before the expiry of your subscription.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person. You can also contact our customer service at 03-5638 2208 immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.
